How do I sign up?
Signing up is quick and easy! Just click the Sign Up button and create your account using your email or a social media login — completely free. No credit card or personal details are required upfront. We don’t ask for any payment information until you’re ready to start using our services.
What is the Customer ID Number?
Your Customer ID Number is a unique identifier assigned to your account. You can find it next to your avatar and within your virtual address. Please make sure to include this number every time you place an order.
Orders without a valid Customer ID may be held in our warehouse until they can be identified. If you’ve placed an order without your ID and can’t locate it, please contact our support team. Be sure to provide full order details, including the tracking number, reference number, and any other relevant information so we can help locate your package.
How do you proceed after my goods arrive at your warehouse?
Once your goods arrive at our warehouse, our team inspects them for accuracy and condition. After inspection, items are labeled with our unique identifing label.
You can track each step of the process in real time through your account dashboard and manage your shipments as needed.
Processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours, but this may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.
Do you accept wholesale shipments or pallets?
Yes, we do! Our warehouse is equipped to handle wholesale shipments and palletized goods. Sending a few pallets? No problem — we’ll process them as required.
If you’re planning to send more than 10 pallets at once, please let us know in advance so we can allocate the necessary space. For container deliveries or unloading, be sure to contact us beforehand to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth handling.
Do you accept bundling and multipacks?
Yes, absolutely! We support bundling and multipack services. Our team can handle all necessary preparation, including labeling, packaging, and assembling your bundles according to your specific requirements.
Do you ship orders on weekends?
Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and we recommend scheduling all deliveries during this time.
If you have an urgent delivery or shipment that needs to be handled over the weekend, please contact us in advance, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if my goods do not arrive at your warehouse?
If your goods haven’t arrived within the expected delivery time, we’ll notify you. Please note that we do not handle or track inbound deliveries on your behalf. It is your responsibility to contact the courier or supplier to resolve any delivery issues
Is there a minimum order limit?
No, there’s no minimum order requirement. Whether you’re sending a single item or a shipment of 100 parcels, we’re here to support your business at every stage — big or small.
What happens if the goods that arrive at your warehouse are damaged?
All incoming goods are visually inspected upon arrival. If any items appear damaged, we immediately take detailed photos and notify you with a clear explanation of the issue.
Our team will stay in direct contact with you to discuss the next steps and ensure you’re informed throughout the process.
What payment options do you accept?
Once your goods are prepared and ready for shipment, you’ll be asked to Top Up your balance. We accept a variety of payment methods, including:
Bank cards (debit or credit)
PayPal
Bank transfers
To streamline the process, you can also add funds to your account balance in advance — we’ll automatically deduct future shipping costs from your available balance.
How long does it take to send my shipment to Amazon after it arrives at your warehouse?
Typically, it takes 24 to 48 hours to process and dispatch your shipment to Amazon after it has been created in our system.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand, but we always strive to handle your shipments as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Do you handle customs duties and other additional payments for my shipment?
No, we do not handle customs duties or any additional charges. You are responsible for paying all customs fees, taxes, and other related charges before the shipment arrives at our warehouse.
Any shipments with unpaid fees may be delayed or refused, so please ensure all payments are completed in advance.

Do you share my information with any third party?
No — we take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. We do not share your personal data, product details, or any other information with third parties under any circumstances. All information you provide is used strictly for our internal processes.
Every team member is bound by a confidentiality agreement, and you’re also welcome to send us your own Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Simply print, sign, and email it to us — we’ll sign it on our end and return a copy for your records.
How can I ship my goods to your warehouse?
You can have your goods shipped directly from your wholesaler or supplier to our warehouse. To ensure smooth processing and identification, please include your unique reference number (Customer ID) clearly on the address line. This helps us quickly and accurately match your shipment to your account when it arrives.
Which parcel delivery companies do you cooperate with?
We cooperate with major delivery companies such as DPD, UPS, Royal Mail, DHL, GLS, DX Express, BRT, and FedEx to provide reliable shipping services across the UK and EU. We are continuously expanding our network and more partners will be joining soon to enhance your shipping options.
How do I load inventory into your system?
You can upload a file, import your active listings through our integration, or manually add your products. Once your goods arrive at our warehouse, we’ll start processing them promptly.
Do you accept returns from Amazon?
es, we do. When your returns arrive at our warehouse, we update your account with the quantity and condition of the items received. From there, it’s up to you to decide how to proceed and inform us of your instructions.
